Liam Daley

Liam Daley brings over two decades of experience in leadership development, learning strategy, and experiential education to Visage Growth Partners. As the founder of Live Simulations, Liam is best known for designing high-impact, game-based learning experiences that equip leaders to think strategically, communicate under pressure, and act decisively in complex environments.

Liam’s approach is grounded in deep expertise, but not traditional. With a long history of designing and delivering accredited qualifications and leading large-scale education programs, he brings rigour and credibility to even the most innovative learning experiences. By combining behavioural design, peer learning, and real-time feedback, Liam creates high-stakes, immersive scenarios which range from managing crises to owning an elite sports franchise. In these scenarios leaders don’t just learn, they apply, reflect, and grow. His program design ensures learning is contextualised and actionable, not left sitting in memory banks waiting to be used "someday."

Liam is also highly regarded for his ability to build leadership development programs that are fit-for-purpose, scalable, and strategically aligned to business needs. He led the design and launch of the TAFE NSW Leadership Academy. This was an organisation-wide initiative that equipped leaders at every level with practical tools to navigate change, lead high-performing teams, and drive cultural transformation. His success lies in understanding the operational realities of business and creating development pathways that balance commercial outcomes with individual growth. Liam’s ability to tailor leadership experiences with the right mix of concept, peer learning, and real-world action is why his programs resonate with time-poor leaders seeking development that delivers real impact.

Previously, Liam served as Head of Learning at Vistage Australia & New Zealand, where he shaped the learning experiences of over 1,000 business leaders and redesigned flagship programs for Chair development. He also has extensive experience in facilitation for both public and private sector clients.

Liam holds an MBA in Entrepreneurship from UTS (Dean’s Award, 1st in course) and continues to partner with organisations seeking to embed learning as a core business strategy. His work turns leadership development into a practical lever for change by delivering programs that leaders use, remember, and act on.
